CEO | CFO Council
CEOs Helping CEOs.
The CEO Council is a forum for the people who sit in the chair.
Different industries, different sizes, different problems on any given week but the same job. The Council exists so that CEOs know each other well enough to pick up the phone.
Running a company is a specific kind of isolation. The board wants a plan. The team wants confidence. Your family wants you home. The only people who fully understand the position are other people in it, and most CEOs don't have five of them on speed dial.
That's the whole idea. Not a speaker series. Not a vendor room. A group of CEOs who take each other's calls.
The Experience
Peer sessions. Small groups meet regularly and work through what each person is actually facing — a division that isn't hitting numbers, a partner who wants out, a leader who has stopped growing. One member brings the problem. The rest have usually lived it.
Direct introductions. When a member is wrestling with something specific, we connect them to a CEO who has already solved it. That's often the highest-value thing the Council does, and it takes one email.
In-person gatherings. A small number of working sessions each year. Real agendas, real conversation, no keynote.
A standing group chat. For the questions that don't wait until the next meeting.
Who We Serve
CEOs, presidents, and owner-operators — people who carry final responsibility for a company and the people in it.
We don't screen by industry or revenue. We screen for the seat. If the decisions land on your desk and there's nobody above you to hand them to, you'll fit.
We keep the groups small on purpose.
CFO Council
The same forum, built for the other seat that doesn't have peers inside the building.
The CFO is the one who has to say the number out loud. Lenders, auditors, a board that wants a cleaner forecast, a CEO who wants a different answer and a finance team that can't be brought into most of it. It's a lonely job in a different way than the CEO's, and it runs on the same fuel: talking to someone who has already been through it.
CFO members meet in their own groups, on the same terms. The two Councils gather together once a year.
Open to CFOs, VPs of Finance, and controllers carrying the top finance seat at their company full-time, fractional, or interim.
